Everything in that train even the smallest parts are from metal.
There is a mechanism and the wheels go round and the train moves easily. Each wheel makes a circle no matter that one of the wheels are missing. If you want to fix it, probably you should order to a specialist to make it like the others. It can not be bought from a store.
THERE IS A SPOTS OR RUST, BUT NOT BIG ONES.THE RUST IS LIKE THIN DUST above at the top, IT HAS NOT GOT ANY DAMAGES ON THE STEAL IN DEED. I THINK YOU CAN CLEAN IT WITH SOME KIND OF SANDPAPER.
