I took a picture to show how the scrolling text Harley-Davidson shines rainbow. I wish I could tell you if the frame is gold or silver tone for certain. Looks like a lighter tone gold. I don\'t think the gold-ish color is from any discoloration of the plastic, but again, I\'m not sure, no guarantees when it is open.The product lists a \"BONUS STICKER PACK!\". I took a picture of the side of the package, there is something folded behind the plate. I don\'t know if that would just be installation instructions, or the sticker pack. Will not open the item to see what is folded behind the plate.
Item does NOT have the Grip Caps. They were used on a bicycle and long gone.
