Vintage Aviation Art Ink & Watercolour Original - BAe Hawk T1 Fighter Jet RAF artist signed on the back by C R Packer in 1983, probably operating from RAF Chivenor at the time. The aircraft XX288 depicted later veered off the runway onto the grass during a \'touch and go\' at Mona, Anglesey. The student pilot selected full power but decided that the aircraft would not become airborne and ejected. The pilotless aircraft then took off, passed over the A5 road and crashed into a rocky outcrop on open farmland and caught fire. The pilot was later named as S.Lt. I. Lambert, RN A3 size on artists paper. Slight foxing and a watermark to one corner - this original work will look amazing in a new mount and frame. One of three works including a Red Arrows Hawk and a Wessex Helicopter by the same artist also available.
