ITEM: This is a 1950s vintage and original, Cold War-era work incentive / motivational poster promoting safe practices for working with the F-102 \"Delta Dagger\" planes which were built to be an integral part of the American military defense against Soviet bombers. Designed by Conair as interceptors, the planes were unique for their groundbreaking, and frequently changing, designs. This series of posters was created to ensure that the mechanics/pilots/crew working with the interceptors were able to keep them in the sky. This poster would have been hung at an Air Force Base and was to instill good, safe work practices in the American enlisted mechanics who were working on the aircraft bombers.
