This sale is for an original Hindenburg souvenir program from the US Naval Air Station Lakehurst in New Jersey for the day of the Hindenburg landing. Measuring 11 1/2 inches by 8 3/4 inches 36 pages, there is one page which has separated from the spine. All pages are present. There is wear and tear to the spine.

What makes this particular copy unique is that it was a gift to a member of the New Jersey State Police's grandson who had been born on the date of the Hindenburg's arrival and subsequent fire and crash at Lakehurst who had been part of the landing detail. Included is the "General Instructions For Lakehurst Detail" issued by the New Jersey Department of State Police Troop "C" dated May 7th, 1936..It is 4 typed pages and has handwritten notes in pencil. It is signed in ink by H. F. Wooge, Commander of Troop "C" NJSP.

This comes from my personal collection and is completely original and authentic. This is a fantastic piece of memorabilia.
