Military Helicopter cyclic Control Grip. On bottom of grip face stamped "S6142-61416-7AU" beneath that is "Bendix PM21657-5"
2 sets of 17 wires each have been clipped flush to bottom of grip. Top hat switch is missing.
Scratched into bottom of switch housing is "HH-3F", which is a Coast Guard Sikorsky Pelican.
