This is a genuine and very rare Stromberg PD-12-H2 Carburetor used in the B-17 Flying Fortress bombers. I don\'t have a date reference but certainly looks to be from the 1940\'s period. It is in good condition but sold as is for parts. No breaks or damage and still has most of the seal wires in tact. Both parts manufacturer plates have matching serial numbers. The two adjustment knob/choke do turn well. Choke shown both open and closed in the pictures. There is paint and general wear and rust on some of the iron parts. The manufacturers plate has heavy rust but the model PD-12_H2 can be read and the serial number looks to read 284247. It weights about 30 lbs. I am listing a second same model carb in a separate sale in slightly different cosmetic condition. Thank you!
