Pilots, I was looking for some airport to carry out a flight, and I found that of EDINBURGH, capital of Scotland. A very pretty airport to choose it in our virtual flights. As me he/she wanted to carry out a short flight, with an airplane of short reach, I took off London and with the Flight Planner that the FS2000 brings, I carried out the route. The controller told me that the route was not the appropriate one but I explained to him that it didn’t possess letters of the place and without problems it guided me to the airport destination.
This is very good, since I have flown in places that if it didn’t put the route that should be used, they didn’t allow me to fly and neither the controller gave me the route. But good, for you it is good to know that if they will fly in England, they have the presence of good controllers, as well as if they want to make it in Argentina..: or)
Now speak of the airport in yes. This airport possesses 2 hints, the most used one 6/24 and another that is in diagonal to the first one 30/12, this last one a little smaller than the first one, they use it for small airplanes if it is that the wind allows it. I take off London, a very pretty flight, with some wind in the approach, but when he/she already had visible the airport, I requested authorization to carry out a visual approach to the hint 30, they authorized me and I also asked them to allow me to give some turns of 360º on the airport to be able to recognize the same one. I was never there in the real life, but I believe that it won’t lack opportunity, there are many cities of Europe that I would like to know, I also have there many friends!.
When landing it was 12 in the noon, so still I could not admire the airport at night. But I can count them what I saw. The terminal of passengers is not very big, because a lot of traffic there neither is not, he/she will have some 8 sleeves for the ascent / passengers’ descent.
Among the sleeves it can be the control tower, small, but there it is. Of the other side of the hint 30/12 can be the part of POSITION, some hangars that finally have to carry out the operations of position of the airport.
After all this, to the airplane it takes it to the hangars, I stops at night carrying out the return toward London, I always liked to carry out the flights going and turn.

Once detached I requested authorization to carry out 2 turns on the airport to see it at night. Regrettably the night textures are not very good, he/she has them, but not very good. The hints are very illuminated, the same as the terminal and the hangars, but the filming streets are not very well illuminated. This doesn’t mean that it is not an excellent destination to fly, because it is not this way.
Collusion: When we want to carry out new flights, this destination can be them pleasant, since the flight in yes it possesses very pretty landscapes. And it is still better if we carry out the flight being connected to SATCO so that they control us.
